The tube has as many as 6 extended bubbles, ensuring the free release of carbon dioxide during fermentation, with slower evaporation of water and protection of the blend against access of fruit flies and other insects. The tube fits into the hole in the rubber balloon plugs. It can also be used effectively in combination with jars for vegetable souring.

Compared to a typical 6-chamber airlock, the volume of the bubbles has been increased by 90%, which provides greater benefits. The airlock is unbreakable and durable and safer for the blend. Its capacity allows you to minimise the risk of water evaporating and fruit flies or other insects or bacteria getting into the liquor. The built-in plug is an additional security. You can easily detach it from the airlock and use it as an ‘anti-fly’ plug that effectively protects the airlock outlet.

Thanks to the increased diameter of the airlock mouth, it is easier to pour water into it. The cone-shaped end of the airlock reduces the risk of leaks and makes it easier to fit the tube to various plugs.
